Military Training and Simulation Then and Now

This year,  to the  15,000 attendees who walked the show floor of #IITSEC, it was clear that military training and simulation is rapidly evolving.  We asked industry executives and leaders to give us their perspective on that evolution of training and technology.

Most of these leaders told us that interoperability, security, and integration of commercial off –the- shelf technologies (COTS), have significantly impacted today’s military training. They also predict that as technology evolves and integration continues,  soon blended forms of training – from live, virtual constructive, to augmented and mixed- reality –  will seamlessly be woven into live training scenarios for more effectiveness.
