I/ITSEC 2021 has officially kicked off and the Modern Integrated Warfare team was thrilled to be back on the show floor hearing directly from experts across the military training community about their progress over the last two years.
Besides simply being happy to see their peers and colleagues in-person again, the experts we spoke with were also very interested to see what innovation the show floor boasts this year. With not one, but two years in between the technology last showcased, industry thought leaders are interested to see what everyone has been working on and how far the space has come. There is also a notable level of engagement from military speakers and attendees, ready to jump into their next phase of technological adoption for the future battlespace.
With insights captured from Bohemia Interactive Simulations (BISim), VRgineers, and Collins Aerospace, we were able to hear a sampling of what experts are really excited about as I/ITSEC returns to its in-person format. We connected with the following experts as the show floor opened up for the first time in two years:
- Arthur Alexion, BISim CEO
- Marek Polcak, VRgineers CEO and Co-Founder
- Steve “Snak” Nakagawa, Senior Manager, LVC Simulation Programs at Collins Aerospace
- Dr. Angus McLean, Fellow at Collins Aerospace
